I just want to say the Biggest Thank You ever.  He was just wonderful/beautiful.  We had fights over whether to cut him or not. But alas we did. He tasted just as good.
He was the hit of the party.
 
Strathmere wanted to know if I would pass along your contact info - the staff were blown over by the cake also.  I think there are thinking of specialty cakes for conferences.
 
We kept his head - gosh that sounds weird.
